The correct refining city can provide a higher return rate and reduce effective raw-resource consumption.
Are faction-heart recipes treated as the standard route?
No. Standard refining uses the normal raw-resource plus previous-tier route; alternative heart recipes are not silently substituted.
Can stale market data be trusted?
No. In a moving market an old snapshot can differ materially from the price you can actually trade at.
